Warm weather means outdoor rides!!! We have put away the trainers and ended our spin classes. Now its time to get out and ride. Outdoor group rides will be on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30. Monday will be our intermediate rides and Wednesdays will be our Advanced rides.Remember to bring your helmet and a spare tube or patch kit. We hope to see everyone at our group rides this spring and summer. You can sign up right here, just click on the participation sign up and forms tab to the right.
